ROBERT HALLEY

Yin - Hatha - Kundalini - Meditation - Dance - Coaching

Robert was born in Toronto of Guyanese ancestry, yet lived, worked and traveled globally with a 20+ year performing arts career. He has performed in world-renowned shows such as, ‘The Lion King’ (West End in London) and ‘Wicked’ (Osaka, Japan).

He has appeared in television shows and movies such as ‘Star Trek: Discovery’, the VFX body photo double for the lead character ‘Pennywise’ in IT: Chapter 2 and ‘The Love Guru with fellow Torontonian Mike Myers’.  

He has also toured throughout the US and Caribbean with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre (2nd Company), and globally with many other productions.

Robert thrives to live a conscious, creative and compassionate life and holds values of celebrating cultural diversity, LGBTQ+ subjects, human equality, animal liberation and reverence to Mother Earth.  CLICK HERE TO READ MORE

Embodiment - Somatics - Hatha - Meditation - Sensuality 

Originally from the island of Mauritius, she studied in the UK, graduating with a Masters' degree in Optometry.

It was while working 9-5 as a healthcare professional that her self enquiry journey began. What started as a fitness fix quickly grew into a holistic passion for all things yoga-related including meditation, breathwork, and yoga philosophy.  

Over 7 years of practice, she has completed 800hrs of Yoga Alliance teacher training across a variety of styles: Hot Yoga, Classical Hatha, Ashtanga and Kundalini.

Her love of yoga is complemented by an interest in psychology, energy healing, contemporary embodiment theory and somatic practices: recently completed Somatic Attachment Therapy. Hatha Yoga - Meditation - Breath Work

I’m Kinga with a gentle voice and a kind approach to the body/mind. I like teaching yoga as I experience it is a healing process for the physical and mental space.

I benefit so much from the practice, I have a stronger, much healthier connection to myself, and I want to share this with all of those who are open to it, and willing to add this approach to their lifestyle.

For me, it wasn't a love at first sight type of thing. I tried hot yoga about 11 years ago and I really enjoyed that. It was so hard and so much that I can only be in the present moment, nowhere else.

I had to focus on the postures so much that it gave me a sense of clarity, which I adored for a couple of years. I knew there was more than just the physical challenge, so I started to look for depth. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE


SALINEE VANICHANAN

Hatha - Yin - Embodiment  - Meditation - Chair - Children

SALINEE has been a certified Yoga Therapist for over 18 years with additional certifications specializing in children's yoga, accessible yoga, and embodiment yoga.  

She currently teaches students ages 4- 92 with openness and integrity in hopes of creating a greater sense of well- being.    

Salinee Vanichanan-Meek enjoyed an extensive dance career touring up and down the East Coast with The Alabama Ballet.  She received her intricate Vaganova training from Birmingham-Southern College, where she graduated with honors earning her B.A. in Dance.    

After college, Salinee was able to improve her leadership skills as she danced professionally with the Ballethnic Dance Company for six years.
